I’m Sue Hug, the Fourth Grade Teacher.  I am currently in my 29th year of teaching, 24 of those years here at St. Joe’s.  I attended St. Barbara’s, Central and Walsh College.  I taught Second Grade for 18 years, Sixth Grade for 8 years, and this is my 4th year in Fourth Grade.  I am really enjoying Fourth Grade, and hope to be here until I retire.

I have one daughter, Amanda, who is a St. Joe’s graduate.  She graduated from the University of Dayton in 2006.  She is currently living and working in Chicago. I also have a stepdaughter, Jennifer, and stepson Sean.  They both live and work in Ashburn, Virginia.

Life at home is rather quiet these days with my husband John and our Black Lab, Bogey.   We enjoy our time together, going out to eat, and traveling to see the kids.
